1. Return or Exchange Request
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you would like to request a return or exchange.

The item must be in original, unused condition, with the original tag still attached.

2. Return Process
Once you contact us, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed via wallet or InstaPay, according to your preference. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. One Return or Exchange per Order
To maintain product hygiene and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all our customers, we allow only one return or exchange per order.

4. Sale & Promotional Items 🛍️
Please note that items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to take your time choosing your items and make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order.
